Drivers are struggling under the conditions. FOX 11 spoke to Christopher Hebert at Kwik Trip.
He said, "It's terrible. I would absolutely not be out driving if I didn't have to be. If you don't have a 4×4, I wouldn't leave at all."

Ahead of a weekend blizzard expected to bring howling winds and over a foot of snow, the area's governments, businesses, churches and nonprofits are getting the word out on parking restrictions and potential closings.
Green Bay, De Pere, and most of their suburbs have declared snow emergencies, which are official declarations that forbid residents from parking vehicles on all streets in order for snowplows to operate.
