Per the agreement, Farina was awarded primary custody and will be allowed to move from Louisiana to Las Vegas with their child. If Baiul wants to see Sophia, and their daughter agrees to it, then Farina will set up a visit, per the deal.

According to an Us Weekly report published Monday, January 5, the pair — who have been married since 2012 and share a young daughter named Sophia — informed the court on October 6 of an agreement they reached stating that Farina would have primary custody of their child.
An Instagram post from Baiul, 48, celebrating Sophia’s birthday in June 2024 indicates that the couple’s daughter will turn 11 this year.
Farina will also be allowed to move from Louisiana to Las Vegas with their child, per Us Weekly. In September, the ice skater revealed via Facebook that their home in Shreveport was for sale, admitting, “I love u all I am sorry it didn’t work out.”
