One person was taken to the hospital after a plane crashed near a condominium complex in Nashua, New Hampshire, on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident was reported around 2:40 p.m. at the Cannongate Condominiums off Amherst Street, which is just a short distance away from Nashua Airport.
Nashua police said the pilot was the only person on the plane and they were taken to the hospital. It is not clear how seriously that person was injured.
The FAA said the plane, a Velocity V-Twin, crashed shortly after taking off from the Nashua Airport.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the plane crashed into a residential area after leaving Nashua Airport around 2:10 p.m.
Only the pilot was on board at the time, officials said. The FAA will investigate the crash.
