Dusko Todorovic Patient Attack Pays Off, Scores First Round Sub Of Medina

Middleweights José Daniel Medina and Duško Todorović meet at Noche UFC on Saturday night in a pivotal clash of fighters searching for stability and consistency.

Medina (11-5), still chasing his first UFC win, brings knockout power but limited consistency. With three consecutive losses coming into this fight with Todorović he’s clearly a man with his back against the wall.

Todorović (12-6) looks to halt his own three-fight skid with his high-volume striking and veteran savvy. Losses to Christian Leroy Duncan, Mansur Abdul-Malik, and Zachary Reese have him on the chopping block in the UFC.

For both men, this fight is less about style points and more about survival in the promotion.

Best Bet For Saturday (September 13th): UFC Predictions

My daily best bet heater has hit four days straight, with yesterday’s win a plus-money one. If only I hadn’t started September off so cold, I’d be sitting pretty right now. For my best bet for Saturday, September 13th: UFC Predictions, we’re off to Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas for Noche UFC 3! Let’s go!

This is the UFC’s third annual event celebrating Mexican Independence Day, yet it’s taking place in San Antonio with two Brazilians headlining it. Hmm. Don’t waste brain cells trying to figure out how the UFC brass decides on things – they clearly gave up years ago.
