Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says missing mother of 5 Kayla Bailey is in danger

DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has launched an investigation into the disappearance of newborn photographer and mother of five Kayla Bailey, according to a press release sent Tuesday.
Bailey's family spoke with First Coast News Monday, expressing their fear that something that happened to her. Her mother, Lisa Lucas, says she would never leave her family.
Now, JSO says that they believe Bailey is in danger, and is asking for the community's help determining her safety.
"If somebody has her, please let them find it in their heart to let her go," Lucas said. "This is not her character. She would never, ever, ever leave these kids. She wouldn't do this to me."
Duval County mother missing since Sunday found alive on Wednesday in wooded area near her home: JSO
DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. – A Duval County woman who had been missing from her Maxville home since Sunday evening was found alive on Wednesday morning, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced in a news conference.
JSO said Kayla Bailey, 34, was found lying on the ground in a wooded area just off a trail within three-quarters of a mile of her home.
Bailey, a mother of five children, was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition, according to officials.
“Teams of police and fire called in on the radio and announced that our victim was recovered alive and well, which is great news to us,” Sgt. Michael Monts said.

UPDATE: The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said Kayla Bailey has been found alive.
JSO announced Wednesday afternoon at the Maxville Community Center that Bailey was found safe thanks to coordinated efforts with the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
More than 50 officers and firefighters deployed to search for Bailey. They used MEPSAR to map the search area where they would look for Bailey.
She was found laying down in a wooded area, authorities said. JSO and JFRD believe Bailey was there on her own accord, and the reason she left is under investigation.
