Kyle Dugger returns to Bengals practice ahead of Ravens game; Cashius Howell battling illness
Dugger’s return would be a boost for the Bengals’ safety room.
The Cincinnati Bengals have returned from a much-needed bye week and hit the practice field Monday as they prepare for a massive road showdown with the Baltimore Ravens.
While there are no official designations for this practice, the Bengals did get some good news. After missing the previous two games, veteran safety Kyle Dugger was able to practice Monday for the first time since Week 3. That would be a nice boost for a defense that needs more consistency at safety.
Whether it’s Bryan Cook being limited by injuries or Jordan Battle missing tackle after tackle, Dugger’s presence would add stability at this position, so hopefully he can go this week at Baltimore.
