Usher and Chris Brown have canceled four October stadium concerts on their joint “The R&B Tour,” with organizers citing concerns about the health and well-being of the touring party and crew. Notably, the cancellations eliminate all four new markets added during an eight-show expansion in August that promoters attributed to overwhelming fan demand.
The cancellations were announced Friday, October 9, affecting scheduled performances in Baltimore, Cincinnati, Columbia, South Carolina, and Indianapolis. Ticketmaster has confirmed the cancellations, with refunds being issued to affected ticketholders.
In an official statement published by Lucas Oil Stadium, the Indianapolis venue said the event promoter made the decision following an extensive run of sold-out stadium performances.
