Two arrests made after men emerged from New York City sewers
New York officials arrested two of three men who they said were seen emerging from a manhole, exiting the city's underground sewer system on Wednesday.
The New York Police Department (NYPD) arrested 26-year-old Kevin Rodriguez and 25-year-old Samuel Reveron on charges of conspiracy and trespassing.

The suspectsâ trip into New Yorkâs underground predawn Wednesday appears to have nothing to do with targeting the hotel, where Netanyahu was expected to stay the next day, police said. Itâs instead part of a citywide crime pattern of individuals going into the sewers, looking for valuables and scrap metal that are swept into the system, police said.
Two Queens men, Kevin Rodriguez, 26, and Samuel Reveron, 25, were charged with criminal trespass. They were released on Friday morning after an arraignment in Manhattan criminal court.

Two men were arrested in connection with this week’s mysterious sighting of sewer invaders emerging from a New York City manhole cover, court records revealed on Friday.
Samuel Reveron, 25, and Kevin Rodriguez, 26, were each booked on two counts of trespassing.
The pair were implicated in the latest sewer incident, in which men were seen climbing out from underground near East 61st Street and Park Avenue at about 1:38 a.m. Wednesday, according to a criminal complaint.
At around 4 a.m., “the individuals were observed getting back into the vehicles and driving in tandem over the Queensboro Bridge, alerting the automatic license plate readers as to the vehicle’s’ VIN and license plate numbers,” the complaint said.
