Ticket refunds for Ed Sheeran’s concerts at Gillette Stadium must be sought at least 24 hours before show times
Concertgoers who no longer want to attend Ed Sheeranâs shows at Gillette Stadium on Friday and Saturday after rapper Macklemore was dropped from the Loop Tour, and other artists left, are eligible for ticket refunds through Ticketmaster, Attorney General Andrea Campbellâs office said Thursday.
But ticketholders must act fast. Requests must be submitted 24 hours before the 8 p.m. showtime, according to a statement from Campbell.
More than 200 people had complained to Campbellâs office that they were struggling to obtain refunds from Ticketmaster for tickets they had bought to attend the embattled pop singerâs concerts in Foxborough.

Ed Sheeran's Gillette Stadium concerts in Foxboro, Massachusetts, this weekend have been canceled as Boston braces for a nor'easter and controversy surrounds his "Loop" tour.
Sheeran was scheduled to play Gillette Friday and Saturday night at 8 p.m.
"Due to the severe weather warnings in place in Boston and across New England throughout the weekend and following consultation with local officials, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Ed Sheeran concerts at Gillette Stadium," tour promoter Messina Touring said in a statement. "The decision was made with the safety of fans, staff and everyone involved in the shows as the top priority."
