Alma Center Lincoln senior Adam Massman dies after football game injury
ALMA CENTER, Wis. (WEAU) – An Alma Center Lincoln High School senior has died from an injury suffered during Thursday night’s football game, according to the superintendent of the Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan School District.
Superintendent Drew Semingson identified the student as Adam Massman in a message sent to Lincoln families Saturday.
Semingson said Massman was injured during Thursday night’s football game and received medical care from emergency medical personnel who were at the game before he was taken to a hospital.

Adam Massman, a senior quarterback at Lincoln Junior/Senior High School in Alma Center, Wis., reportedly sustained the injuries during a game against Turtle Lake.
Specific details on the injury he suffered have not been release, but his mother, Brianne, said he suffered a helmet-to-helmet blow during the game.
On-site EMTs attended to Massman before being transported to the hospital, and he died two days later, according to a message sent by school district superintendent Drew Semingson.
