Audubon Slip and Fall Accident Lawyers

Audubon, New Jersey, grew from its rural roots into a tight-knit South Jersey borough, where Nicholson Road, Merchant Street, and the White Horse Pike still carry the imprint of the routes that shaped the community more than a century ago. Today, that same layout puts pedestrians in close contact with vehicle traffic, older sidewalks, and busy commercial parking areas along Route 168, especially where shopping centers meet residential blocks.

According to the National Safety Council, the second leading cause of unintentional injury-related death is falls; that is a sobering reminder that walking surfaces and property conditions play a direct role in everyday safety. In Audubon, aging infrastructure, ongoing redevelopment near the Pikes, and heavy foot traffic around storefronts and parking lots create constant opportunities for cracked pavement, uneven curbs, and poorly maintained walkways to cause serious harm from a slip and fall accident.

Parking Lot Falls at Audubon Shopping Centers

If you fell in a shopping center parking lot in Audubon, New Jersey, the company that owns or manages that lot may owe you money. New Jersey law requires a business to keep the pavement its customers walk on reasonably safe. When a pothole or a hidden wheel stop causes a slip and fall accident, that shopper can seek money for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.

At Rand Spear – The Accident Lawyer, our Audubon slip and fall accident lawyers handle claims for shoppers hurt on private retail pavement. Two large shopping centers sit along the Black Horse Pike at the edge of the borough. This discussion covers how those lots break down and who answers for it.
