Storms could hit Phoenix tonight: Here’s when conditions worsen
PHOENIX (AZFamily) — We have First Alert Weather Days today through Thursday due to daily monsoon storm chances.
Blowing dust is a possibility Monday evening, with a 30% chance of storms into the night. However, models aren’t showing this activity picking up until late at night, possibly overnight. Storm chances climb to around 50% for Tuesday and Wednesday night, lingering into Thursday morning.
Storms will fire up Monday evening across eastern and southeastern Arizona, and if any outflow boundaries come from these storms, they could bring impacts to the Valley, including blowing dust and the possibility for showers and storms to develop.
