Working with Kristen Stewart professionally wasn’t an easy decision for her wife, Dylan Meyer. The American screenwriter has opened up about working with Stewart on their upcoming movie, The Wrong Girls.
Stewart and her wife attended the premiere of their upcoming movie on Wednesday, Aug. 5. Speaking about the collaboration in an interview with Variety, Meyer revealed her initial hesitation to work with Stewart professionally. The American screenwriter said, “In the beginning, of course. When you really value your relationship, the idea of doing anything to jeopardize it seems terrifying and not worth it.”
Meyer went on to share that Stewart ultimately convinced her to overcome her reluctance. “And she was always like, ‘There’s no other path forward for us. We’re both artists. If we don’t make art together, what are we doing?'” the screenwriter added.
