What's Going on With Sandisk Stock Monday?
The broader market rally helped lift Sandisk after the stock pulled back from its June peak. The rebound comes just over a week before the company’s quarterly earnings report, a period that often brings increased trading activity and volatility.
Despite the recent decline, Sandisk remains one of the market’s biggest winners over the past 12 months, with shares up more than 3,329%. That sharp rally has made the stock susceptible to profit-taking and buy-the-dip trading.
Sandisk remains in a long-term uptrend. The stock trades 15.1% above its 100-day simple moving average and 83.4% above its 200-day simple moving average.
However, near-term momentum has weakened. Shares are 13.2% below the 20-day simple moving average and 13.5% below the 50-day simple moving average.
