Pizza Hut Launches Throwback Value Menu With Items Starting at $3
Pizza Hut has launched a limited-time Throwback Value Menu at participating locations across the United States.
Available from July 14, 2026, the promotion combines familiar Pizza Hut favorites with two new dishes, with prices starting at $3. The company says the menu will remain available throughout the summer, although no final date has been announced.
According to Pizza Hut, the idea is to let customers build their own version of the chain's traditional buffet. The promotion is available for carryout, delivery, and dine-in, giving people several ways to put together a full meal without ordering one large package.
I remember when visiting Pizza Hut felt like a proper family meal out. The buffet, Personal Pan Pizzas, and breadsticks were a big part of that experience. This menu clearly plays on those memories, but the prices may be the bigger attraction for customers watching what they spend.

Two additional items will be making their Pizza Hut debut on the throwback menu – a new $6 Triple Cheese Mac and new $5 S'mores Sticks.
“Some of Pizza Hut’s most iconic menu items have stood the test of time because fans never stopped loving them,” Melissa Friebe, Pizza Hut's chief marketing officer, said in a news release.

Back to the 90s: Pizza Hut says $3 Personal Pans are back, new fashion line announced
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Not all readers will remember, but there was once a time when you could walk into a Pizza Hut and enjoy a full buffet, pies for under five dollars, and all the parmesan you could shake.
On Tuesday, Pizza Hut announced it will be serving up a slice of that classic 1990s nostalgia to central Ohio diners by launching a new "Throwback Value Menu" alongside a limited-edition streetwear collaboration.
Beginning this week at participating restaurants, the centerpiece of the new/old rollout is the Throwback Value Menu.
Pizza Hut says it has partnered with Dinner Service NY, a New York City-based streetwear label known for its fashion-forward takes on restaurant culture.
