Tiffany Stratton: I May Re-Pitch The Daddy’s Little Rich Girl Character
When Tiffany Stratton was in NXT and introducing her character to the audience, it was centered around being ‘daddy’s little rich girl.’
Stratton previously shared that the reason the character did not continue is that NXT overseer Shawn Michaels and the creative team could not find someone who was fit to play the role of Stratton’s father.
While speaking to Maxx Fuller of KFAN, Stratton said she may re-pitch the character.
“Honestly, I may re-pitch the daddy’s little rich girl stuff. I think the reason why HBK didn’t wanna go with it, I think, was because they just didn’t have a daddy for me. There was never a payoff so, maybe I can have a daddy now on SmackDown, and they can do a payoff…”

It sounds like Tiffy Time wants to go heel in WWE and bring back her old NXT gimmick that HBK wasn’t interested in.
Tiffany Stratton is the current women’s United States champion in WWE, but it seems pretty clear that she is less over in 2026 than she was in early 2025. To prove the point, I’ll note that Tiffy Time was in the WWE women’s championship match one year ago at WrestleMania 41, but she didn’t even make the cut for this year’s WrestleMania 42 card.
Earlier this year, Stratton admitted that her character is stale, and indicated that she wants to go back to being a heel. With that in mind, Tiffany is now talking about maybe bringing back her rich daddy’s girl gimmick from NXT 2.0. In an interview with KFAN’s Maxx Fuller, Stratton said NXT head honcho Shawn Michaels veered away from it there because they didn’t have a daddy for her. Maybe it’s time for that to change on the WWE main roster.

WWE SmackDown Star Wants to Revive Former NXT Gimmick
Tiffany Stratton may be looking to freshen up her WWE character. To do that, she wants to revisit an old idea from the early days of her NXT run.
The WWE Women’s United States Champion recently revealed she’d like to plant the seeds for a gimmick that never fully made it to television as originally planned.
While nothing has been confirmed, Stratton admitted she is interested in pitching the concept again now that she’s part of the SmackDown roster.
