Star veteran Nneka Ogwumike had a limited amount of time to decide where she would spend the 2026 WNBA season after playing a crucial part in getting the league's new CBA passed. But Ogwumike didn't need much offseason time to know she wanted to start a new chapter by returning to the Los Angeles Sparks following two campaigns with the Seattle Storm.
“I think it's obvious that I have more years behind me than in front of me,” Ogwumike said. “So at this stage in my career, it made the most sense for me to come back to LA.”
