‘The Fall And Rise Of Reggie Dinkins’ Renewed For Season 2 At NBC
Tracy Morgan, Daniel Radcliffe, Erika Alexander, and the gang from NBC‘s The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins will be back with more hilarity as the freshman comedy has been renewed for a second season. Sources say the order is for 10 episodes.
The sports mokumentary premiered on January 18 with more than 14 million viewers tuning in. It became the No.1 comedy telecast of the season across all broadcast networks, according to NBC. The network touts Reggie Dinkins as the No.1 new comedy of the 2025-26 season in the 18-49 demo.
In The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins, Morgan stars as the titular former football star, who is on a mission to rehabilitate his image with the help of award-winning filmmaker Arthur Tobin (Radcliffe). NBC Officially Decides The Fate Of Daniel Radcliffe's New Comedy Series
The fate of Daniel Radcliffe's new comedy series has been decided by NBC.
While Radcliffe is still best known for playing Harry Potter in eight movies, he has taken on a wide range of other roles, some of them quite eccentric, outside the Wizarding World. This includes playing the farting corpse Manny in Swiss Army Man, Weird Al in the music biopic parody film Weird: The Al Yankovic story, and the angel Craig Bog and other characters in the four-season anthology comedy series Miracle Workers.
For Broadway, he won a Tony Award for his performance as Charlie Kringas in the Broadway musical revival of Merrily We Roll Along and received a Tony Award nomination for the solo play Every Brilliant Thing.
