TOLEDO, Ohio — Strong storms moving through the Toledo metro are causing widespread power outages, downed lines and hazardous travel conditions. Pea-sized hail was seen falling from the sky at around 6 p.m. near Oak Harbor in Ottawa County. Hail was also reported dropping in Liberty Center and Perrysburg around the same time.
