After a season in which he seemed to draw an inordinate number of the club’s sweltering early-afternoon starts at Steinbrenner Field, he’s ready to get back under the tilted roof, where it’s 72 degrees at first pitch no matter the day or time.

A two-story residence built in 1919 at 1330 Cherry Street NE, in the Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg, has been relisted with an asking price of $1.75 million. The property has been on and off the market since early 2024 following a complete renovation the year before.
Dennis Lehane, award-winning author of such works as Mystic River, Shutter Island and Gone Baby Gone, owned the home from 2007 until 2011.
St. Petersburg native and former local journalist and trial attorney Jere’ Fishback, who later wrote several novels, including Josef Jaeger and Tyler Buckspan, owned the home in the 1980s and sold it in 1991.
