Update: 1-year-old boy found after alleged abduction in Barrow County
BARROW COUNTY, Ga. — UPDATE: As of 1:15 p.m., authorities in Barrow County say that 1-year-old Rafael Aguilar Rubio has been found.An Amber Alert has been issued for a 1-year-old boy allegedly abducted out of Barrow County.
According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, 1-year-old Rafael Aguilar Rubio was reportedly abducted around 10 a.m. this morning (Thursday, February 26) by 20-year-old Cesar N. Martinez.
The boy is "believed to be in extreme danger." He and Martinez may be traveling west toward Gwinnett County in a red 2020 Toyota Camry with an unknown Georgia tag.
They were last seen at an address on Carla Court in Winder, the alert stated.
