For the third consecutive year, the Miami Dolphins ranked first overall in the NFL Players Association annual report cards, according to survey results obtained by ESPN. The Minnesota Vikings finished second overall in 2026, followed by the Washington Commanders in third.

Regarding the Dolphins, the NFLPA survey wrote: "Players consistently describe the organization as 'the best in the NFL.'"

The Pittsburgh Steelers finished in last place for the first time in the four-year history of the union's survey. Last year, the Steelers ranked 28th. The Arizona Cardinals finished 31st in the 2026 survey, after a last-place finish in 2025, and the Cleveland Browns finished in 30th, the same as in 2025.

Steelers rank worst in NFL in leaked 2026 NFLPA report cards

The Steelers franchise ranked worst in the NFL among 32 teams in the NFL Players Association’s 2026 team report cards, ESPN reported Thursday.

The NFLPA is no longer releasing its annual report cards following an NFL grievance earlier in the year that found the public release violated the CBA. However, ESPN still obtained a copy, still noting both the NFL and NFLPA declined to comment.

The article states it’s the first time the Steelers have ranked worst in the NFL in the report card’s four-year history, but the franchise has ranked poorly in past seasons.

Per the report, the Steelers ranked last in the NFL when it came to “willingness to invest in facilities,” as well as home field quality and strength coaches. Pittsburgh’s field was seen as the worst “by a wide margin.”

That doesn’t prevent union members from leaking this information to the press, though.

On Thursday, Cheesehead TV’s Aaron Nagler was able to acquire some of the report card notes on the Green Bay Packers. Here’s what was shared:
