Kandi Burruss Accuses Todd Tucker of Skipping Childcare Costs in Divorce + Todd Responds
Kandi Burruss responds to her estranged husband Todd Tucker in an ammended court filing this week. She outlines detailed claims about unpaid child-related expenses by Todd and how. She is also asking the court to order temporary child support and set a parenting schedule.
In documents obtained by Urban Belle, Kandi alleges that Todd has not contributed to private school tuition, uniforms, textbooks, enrollment fees, or school supplies for their two children. She also states that she pays 100 percent of the costs for extracurricular activities. These activities include Jiu-jitsu, chess club, basketball, Mandarin tutoring, English tutoring, and dance.
Kandi further claims Todd attended two recent birthday parties for the children. However, he did not contribute financially despite being asked to assist with expenses.
