The R+5 facility will centralize supervision of the national backbone network, secure cyberspace, manage state data centers, and maintain critical digital infrastructures. The center is expected to be completed within nine months, with delivery scheduled for October 2026, at a total cost of approximately 3.048 billion CFA francs.
