PHILADELPHIA — The Eagles have removed Kevin Patullo from the offensive coordinator's role, the team announced Tuesday.

"I have decided to make a change at offensive coordinator," coach Nick Sirianni wrote in a statement. "I met with Kevin today to discuss the difficult decision, as he is a great coach who has my utmost respect. He has been integral to this team's success over the last five years, not only to the on-field product but behind the scenes as a valued leader for our players and organization. I have no doubt he will continue to have a successful coaching career.

Eagles announce Kevin Patullo will no longer be offensive coordinator

On and on goes the Philadelphia Eagles' revolving door at offensive coordinator.

Philly has informed OC Kevin Patullo it's making a change following Sunday's wild-card loss to the 49ers, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo reported Tuesday.

Rapoport and Garafolo reported that there's a chance Patullo could remain on Sirianni's coaching staff.

"I have decided to make a change at offensive coordinator," head coach Nick Sirianni said in the statement. "I met with Kevin today to discuss the difficult decision, as he is a great coach who has my utmost respect. He has been integral to this team's success over the last five years, not only to the on-field product but behind the scenes as a valued leader for our players and organization. 11 offensive coordinator candidates for Eagles to consider

After a disappointing offensive performance throughout 2025, the Eagles on Tuesday moved on from Kevin Patullo as offensive coordinator. The Eagles promoted Patullo to replace Kellen Moore after their Super Bowl LIX victory but the offense never found its rhythm in 2025.

Next season will be Nick Sirianni’s sixth as Eagles head coach and the next OC will be his fifth, following Shane Steichen, Brian Johnson, Moore and Patullo. The next OC will be Jalen Hurts' seventh different play-caller in his NFL career.

Todd Monken: The 59-year-old Monken is available after John Harbaugh was fired by the Ravens after they missed the playoffs. Monken spent the last three years as the Ravens’ offensive coordinator. In his first year in Baltimore, Lamar Jackson was the league MVP and last year Jackson was second in the MVP race. The Ravens won 13 and 12 games in those two seasons before a losing season in 2025. The Ravens finished 6th in offense in 2023 and 1st in 2024. Monken could be the perfect mix of a good offensive mind and someone who likely won’t get hired away as a head coach.
