MRCF announces new partnership in grant awards
The Moline Regional Community Foundation (MRCF) and Old National Bank Wealth Management (ONB) are partnering to award grants to local nonprofits. Beginning this year, the foundation and the management firm will begin awarding grants on behalf of these three historic philanthropic families: the Dorothy and Bud Lundahl Charitable Trust, Charles Deere Wiman Memorial Trust and Sheila Murphy Foundation.
“We truly appreciate our partnership with ONB Wealth Management as we continue the legacy of generosity established by these individuals and families,” Paul Plagenz, the foundation’s president and CEO, said in a news release Thursday, Dec. 18. “Their commitment to strengthening our community through the causes they care about will change lives for generations to follow.”
