After running through the postseason, winning the AFC title the past three seasons, the Chiefs are on the verge of missing the playoffs under head coach Andy Reid.

Despite a talented roster starring quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce, the Chiefs are heading into Week 15 with a 6-7 record, having lost four of their last five games.

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs have been having one of the most difficult seasons of the Mahomes era, and on Sunday, December 14, they’ll take on the Los Angeles Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium with everything on the line. The Chiefs have a 6-7 record since falling to the Houston Texans, and their small chance to make the postseason will dwindle down to nothing if they don’t pull off a win over the 9-4 Chargers.

Mahomes joined the Kansas City Chiefs in 2017, when the Chiefs drafted him as the 10th overall pick.
