It is romantic and eccentric all at the same time, which is a tough thing to pull off.

Usually, you’re either one or the other. Sometimes art or artists have the power to be both at the same time, though, and that’s baseball.

I’ve enjoyed watching the MLB playoffs this past month or so and it’s coming down to the wire. The Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays are tied 2-2 in the best-of-7 World Series. Baseball was my first love, and I’ve officially rekindled the flame with this year’s Fall Classic.

Dodgers Breakout Star Sends Shohei Ohtani GOAT Message After Historic Game

After the Los Angeles Dodgers won Game 3 of the World Series against the Toronto Blue Jays via a walk-off home run from Freddie Freeman in the bottom of the 18th inning, there was a lot to be excited about.

Shohei Ohtani launched two home runs earlier that same game and is set to be the starting pitcher of Game 4, with the first pitch scheduled 17 hours after the conclusion of Game 3.

Another hero of the behemoth of a game, Will Klein, pitched from the 15th until the 18th inning and allowed just one hit. He hurled 72 pitches and was the 10th and final pitcher out of the bullpen on Monday night. Even after the performance of his life, he spoke highly of Ohtani after the game.
