LoL – Worlds: Mercedes creates exclusive car in honor of the world championship

One of the world's leading luxury car brands, Mercedes-Benz paid tribute to the League of Legends World Championship just days before the start of the 2025 World Cup. In celebration of the start of the main championship of the year, the company unveiled an exclusive work of art: a silver-finished vehicle with gold details bearing the names of the winning teams from the last 14 seasons.
Inspired by the Summoner's Cup – the trophy that only the best LoL players in the world have had access to – the tribute is part of a series of works called “Class of Creators,” which also features four other exclusive pieces. Check out some photos:

Handcrafted and built on the bones of the new CLA, the art car kicks off Worlds 2025 with style, celebrating the passion of the gaming and esports community.
Co-created with League of Legends publisher Riot Games, the sculpture is part of Mercedes’ “Class of Creators” series or five bespoke interpretations of the CLA designed by creative collaborators across industries.

To mark the kickoff of the League of Legends World Championship 2025, the German automaker just revealed something straight out of a gamer’s dream: a one-of-a-kind CLA art car inspired by the tournament’s new Summoner’s Cup trophy.
Part sculpture, part show car, the League of Legends Mercedes-Benz CLA Art Piece is more about celebration than driving. Designed in collaboration with Riot Games, the handcrafted CLA showcases the same silver chrome finish, blue sapphires, and gold trim found on the new Summoner’s Cup. Look closer and you’ll spot engraved nods to every Worlds winning team from 2011 to 2024, turning the car’s chassis into a rolling tribute to esports history.
