Dolphins fans fly banner calling for 'New coach, new GM, new QB'

For a second straight Miami Dolphins home game, air traffic over Hard Rock Stadium was conspicuously busy.

The Dolphins are hosting their second home game of the season on Monday night in a prime-time clash with the New York Jets. And Dolphins fans are sponsoring a second plane banner to fly over the team's home stadium this season to voice their frustrations.

"Help wanted: new coach, new GM, new QB," read the banner flying over Hard Rock Stadium on Monday night.

Two weeks prior, ahead of the Dolphins' home opener against the New England Patriots, a plane flew over the stadium with a different banner that read, "Fire (Dolphins general manager Chris) Grier. Fire (Dolphins head coach Mike) McDaniel."

Plane banner in Miami adds Tua Tagovailoa to list of Dolphins complaints

An airplane flew a banner over Hard Rock Stadium at the team's home opener two weeks ago calling for head coach Mike McDaniel and general manager Chris Grier to be fired. On Monday night, not long before kickoff of a Week 4 game, a similar banner was spotted flying over the stadium with Tua Tagovailoa added to its list of complaints.

"HELP WANTED: NEW COACH, NEW GM, NEW QB," read the banner, posted by reporter Adam Beasley.

The Dolphins are off to an 0-3 start to the season and there are no shortage of people calling for McDaniel and Grier to be fired. While Tagovailoa has struggled as well in 2025, replacing the quarterback won't be as simple.
