Woodridge Park District offers hayrides on Columbus Day
Gather your family or friends on Columbus Day for a hayride through the neighborhoods and parks of Woodridge.
Pre-registration required. This event is sponsored by the Woodridge Park District and will take place from 1:15 to 2 p.m. and 2:15 to 3 p.m. Oct. 13.

Indigenous Peoples Day 2025
NDN Collective will be hosting an Indigenous Peoples’ Day March and FREE Concert in Mni Luzahan, or downtown Rapid City, South Dakota.
There will be food and art vendors available throughout the day. Join us for a day of music, dance, delicious food, traditional artwork, and good energy. Join us for a day of political education, cultural celebration, and community action – building hope and power together for a liberated future.
We will start the day with a march beginning at the Bandshell in Memorial Park from 1-2 pm to honor our collective resiliency, resistance, and culture. Stay tuned for more updates.
