The 2025 Open Championship comes to an end on Sunday with the final round at Royal Portrush. Open Championship tee times for Sunday’s final round won’t be determined until Round 3 is complete Saturday evening. Once they are released they will be reproduced at the bottom of this post. British Open final round tee times: Scottie Scheffler enters Sunday with massive lead at Royal Portrush
Scottie Scheffler is once again out in front with a massive lead.
The top-ranked golfer in the world cruised through Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland on Saturday and broke open what felt like a very easy four-shot lead over the field. He's now in the perfect position to win his first-ever British Open and take home the iconic Claret Jug. He'd be the only other golfer in history to be ranked No. 1 in the Official World Golf Rankings and win the British Open outside of Tiger Woods.
Scheffler will go off with Haotong Li on Sunday. Li went 2-under in the third round to play his way into the final group, where he'll be the first player from China to be in the last pairing in the final day of a major in history. Matt Fitzpatrick is alone in third at 9-under.
