5 Years Later, One of the MCU's Most Powerful Heroes Returns to Complete His Trilogy
The MCU is in the midst of a massive year for content, both on the big screen and on Disney+. Spider-Man: Brand New Day is already the biggest movie of 2026, and Avengers: Doomsday is gaining enough steam in its promotional tour to potentially top Tom Holland's fourth solo Spidey film in popularity. On the Disney+ side, Wonder Man became one of the MCU's most successful streaming efforts before its shocking renewal and equally shocking cancellation, and Daredevil: Born Again brought plenty of dramatic moments in the Daredevil/Kingpin battle.
Also coming to Disney+ is VisionQuest, the final chapter in a trilogy that started with WandaVision in 2021 and Agatha All Along in 2024. This show is led by Paul Bettany as Vision, who adds to his 18-year stint with Marvel in his ninth live-action MCU appearance. The series will pick up long after WandaVision, as Bettany's android works to find his identity after White Vision gained all of the original Vision's memories in Westview. Now, as the show is two weeks from premiering, Marvel is sharing a massive new look into what to expect.
