FHP: One injured in multi-vehicle crash on I-10 in Gadsden County
GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) – One person was injured in a multi-vehicle crash in Gadsden County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
FHP said two pickup trucks and an SUV were involved in a crash with injuries Sunday night just before 9 p.m.
The severity of the person’s injuries was not immediately available. It is also unknown if anyone else was injured as a result of the crash.
The crash happened on westbound I-10 in Gadsden County, shutting down all westbound lanes. Traffic cameras in the area show traffic slowly moving around 9:30 p.m.

Major crash closes I-10 West in Gadsden; one airlifted to TMH
A collision between two pickup trucks and an SUV closed all westbound lanes of Interstate 10 in Gadsden County on Sunday night, with emergency crews responding to reports of injuries.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly after 8 p.m. on I-10 westbound near mile marker 169 in the Chattahoochee area. The agency's traffic incident website classified the wreck as a major crash.
FHP spokesperson PJ Shaw said one person was seriously injured and airlifted to Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. Others may have sustained minor injuries. As of 9:18 p.m., crews were still clearing the roadway.
Initially, Shaw said there were reports that a semitrailer was involved and that at least one person may have been ejected from a vehicle, but that turned out not to be the case.
