The organisation is known for conducting mega events with more than 7,000 participants and this year too, it celebrated with people from different walks of life including students, working adults, yoga professionals and more.

The record-setting event began with over 7,000 practitioners performing Trataka Dhyana, a candle-gazing meditation technique known for enhancing concentration and mindfulness. Subsequently, trained participants demonstrated extraordinary strength, balance and endurance by holding advanced yoga postures for periods ranging from 30 to 120 seconds, helping secure 20 additional Guinness World Records.
The celebration reflected the inclusive spirit of yoga, with participation from personnel of the Indian Army, Air Force, BSF, CISF, CRPF, Karnataka State Police, NCC cadets, specially-abled individuals and children from orphanages. Speaking on the occasion, Guru Akshar said the achievement was not merely about breaking records but about awakening human potential and showcasing Indiaâs timeless wisdom to the world.
