Four-star wide receiver decommits from USC
The USC Trojans have lost the commitment of four-star wide receiver Eli Woodard, who decommitted from the program on Tuesday. The Temecula, California, product announced the news on social media.
"After a lot of talks with my family and praying, I have decided to decommit from USC and fully reopen my recruitment. Excited to see where God takes me," he wrote.
Woodard committed to the Trojans on Feb. 10, shortly after he attended a Junior Day event on campus. He is a longtime target for USC, who extended him a scholarship offer back in June of 2025.
He is ranked as the No. 178 overall player and No. 23 wide receiver in the 247Sports composite. He is also the No. 15 player from California.
