WACO, Texas (KWTX) – A drunken driver accused of wrecking his vehicle while racing injured his passenger and told police officers, “I know I f****d up,” an arrest warrant affidavit states.

Anthony Massey, 19, is charged with intoxication assault with a vehicle resulting in serious bodily injury and resisting arrest, according to online jail records.

The collision happened early July 29 near Washington Avenue and University Parks Drive.

When police officers arrived at the scene, they noticed a woman lying on the ground suffering from a broken clavicle.

Massey acknowledged to one of the officers he was the one driving the wrecked vehicle, police wrote in the affidavit.
