'I am not a fan': Bretman Rocks spills origin of Vanessa Hudgens dislike
MANILA, Philippines — Content creator Bretman Rock has finally spilled the tea on where his dislike for actress and fellow Filipino-American Vanessa Hudgens originates from.
Bretman appeared on 2025's penultimate episode of the Sweet or Savory Podcast hosted by Filipino-American couple AJ Rafael and Alyssa Navarro where toward the hour mark, AJ asked Bretman for his most disappointing celebrity encounter.
At first Bretman played coy by first only mentioning "VH," but after pointing out there aren't many with those initials so he flat out name-dropped Vannesa.
Asked by AJ where it stems from, Bretman shared coming across the actress during a pre-pandemic edition of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival as both of them were there as guests of a vegan gummy vitamin brand.
