His contract with the Seattle Mariners isn't up, but he's heading into his last year of salary arbitration, which usually comes with it the highest wage amount a player will have earned so far in MLB.

MLB Trade Rumors has used an algorithm for more than a decade to project arbitration salaries as a tool to understand what a given team is looking at versus the salary cap. Its projection for Arozarena is $18.2 million.
