Enjoy another day of beautiful, boring weather
Not a storm in sight, no frigid or extremely hot temperatures, just pleasant weather
LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Who cannot like this week of uneventful weather? Pleasant, mild, sunny days and nights on the slightly cool side continue through the first half of the weekend here in mid-October.
Dry weather and seasonable temperatures will continue for the rest of the week. However, a system will bring a return of showers and possibly some thunderstorms to the region Saturday night through Sunday. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-10/14/2025-6AM-IMAGE COURTESY OF THE NWS MORRISTOWN)

Nashville Forecast: Sunshine Through Friday, Rain Chances Increase This Weekend
Nashville, TN – After a string of dry and pleasant days, Middle Tennessee can expect continued sunshine and mild warmth through Friday, according to the National Weather Service in Nashville.
Meteorologists say dry weather will persist through the workweek, with highs ranging from upper 70s to low 80s and overnight lows in the 40s to 50s. The region will experience warm afternoons and seasonably cool nights, making for ideal fall conditions across the Nashville area.
The next chance of rain arrives this weekend, with moisture building in from the southwest. Rain chances climb to 20–60% Saturday and up to 70% Sunday, potentially bringing beneficial rainfall to a region that’s been running dry in recent weeks.
