Lack of scoring highlights first half of the early window for fantasy football in Week 3
We were all spoiled last week, apparently. After Week 2 brought a ton of scoring for fantasy football managers, we are seeing about the opposite through the first half of football in most of the 1 p.m. ET window for Week 3. In fact, the lack of scoring early in Week 3 has opened up the possibility that we see a defense or kicker lead the week in fantasy scoring. Let's take a look.
Again, it's still pretty early and hopefully scoring starts to pick up at the skill positions, but the Minnesota Vikings D/ST looks like the smash play of the week. With 28 fantasy points in the first half, the Vikings D/ST is feasting against backup QB Jake Browning and the Cincinnati Bengals sans Joe Burrow.
