Baptist Health opens emergency center at SilverLeaf campus
Those living in and around the SilverLeaf area now have more choice for emergency care with the opening of the Baptist & Wolfson Emergency Room at SilverLeaf. The new facility provides expert, 24/7 adult and pediatric emergency care close to home to support families when the unexpected happens.
The ER is part of the Baptist SilverLeaf Medical Campus, which also provides primary care, neurology, orthopedics, rehabilitation services, cardiology, laboratory services and a Wellness Center.
“A truly healthy community needs care that supports people at every stage, from regular checkups with a primary care physician to life’s most urgent moments,” said Matthew A. Zuino, president and CEO of Baptist Health. “With the addition of this emergency center to our new Baptist SilverLeaf Medical Campus, we’re expanding access to expert care for families in this growing part of St. Johns County and reinforcing our commitment to being there when they need us most.”
