Actor Jonathan Taylor Thomas was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest Monday during a traffic stop in Malibu, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Thomas was a passenger in a car that was pulled over by deputies at about 12:30 a.m. near Westlake Boulevard and Townsgate Road. Deputies conducted a DUI investigation after Thomas got out of the car and resisted arrest, the agency said.
He was booked on suspicion of felony obstruction/resisting an executive officer, according to jail records.
NBCLA has reached out to Thomas for comment. Jail records indicated he was released from custody Tuesday.
