The strongest winds will occur through early Friday morning, with conditions improving by Friday afternoon and evening. However, the Colorado River Valley will remain breezy into the weekend.
High pressure rebuilds over the weekend, bringing calmer conditions and warming temperatures. Saturday will see a high of 79° with lighter winds. Sunday warms up to 86° with partly to mostly cloudy skies and daytime highs rising back above normal.
