All clear given at Washington University after report of armed person on campus
ST. LOUIS — An all clear was given after police completed their search of Washington University's campus after a report of an armed person Tuesday morning.
Shortly before 10:30 a.m., WashU said police completed their search of the Danforth Campus and did not locate an armed individual. The university said there is no active threat on campus and normal campus operations could resume.
An alert was issued this morning reporting an armed person on campus and that police were checking buildings in the vicinity of Brookings Hall.
