PASADENA, Texas (KTRK) — Dobie High School was placed on lockdown Tuesday morning as a precaution after reports that a student saw an individual with a possible firearm on campus, according to Pasadena ISD officials.
District officials said the lockdown was implemented to ensure the safety of everyone on campus while the situation is assessed. Students are being supervised by staff, and safety protocols are being followed.

HOUSTON — Dobie High School in Pasadena has been placed on lockdown as a precaution after a report that a student saw an individual with a possible firearm on campus, according to Pasadena Independent School District.
District officials said law enforcement and campus administrators responded immediately and are actively investigating the report.
“All students and staff are safe,” the district said in a statement.
