ZAYN announces world tour in support of new album, 'KONNAKOL'
Not only will we be getting solo albums from three different members of One Direction this year, we'll also be getting three world tours.
Following tour announcements from Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson, ZAYN has announced his KONNAKOL Tour, in support of his new album of the same name, due out April 17. The first single, "Die For Me," arrives Friday.
The tour marks his first time headlining arenas and stadiums in North America, South America, Mexico and the U.K. It begins May 12 in Manchester, England, and is set to wrap up Nov. 20 in Miami, Florida. The U.S. leg of the tour begins July 19 in Philadelphia.
Zayn to play Detroit on first solo headlining arena tour
Zayn, the former One Direction singer, will make his Detroit debut as a solo artist when his upcoming tour hits Little Caesars Arena on Nov. 8, tour officials announced Thursday.
Tickets for the show go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 13 via Ticketmaster; presales start at noon Tuesday via Zayn's website.
The show is part of a 23-date North American tour — Zayn's first solo headlining arena run — behind his new album, "Konnakol." The set is due out April 17; the first single, "Die for Me," is scheduled to be released Friday.
The tour also includes a series of dates in the UK and South America.

Zayn is performing for Milwaukee for the first time on 'Konnakol' tour
By the time One Direction came to Milwaukee in 2015 for their lone concert in the city, Zayn Malik was already out of the group.
But the pop artist is finally making his way to town as part of his most extensive solo tour ever, behind his fifth album "Konnakol," out April 17. Hitting 31 cities in North America, South America and the United Kingdom, the tour includes a Fiserv Forum stop July 23.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 13. Fans can sign up for presale access through his website, inzayn.com. Prices have yet to be announced.
