Denver Broncos' D gets boost as Dre Greenlaw on track for Bills

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – Set to face the NFL's No. 1 rushing team in the Buffalo Bills on Saturday, the Denver Broncos' defense got a boost Tuesday.

Linebacker Dre Greenlaw, who was one of the Broncos' biggest free agency acquisitions this past offseason, returned to the practice field and is on track to play in the divisional round game at Empower Field at Mile High.

Greenlaw, who missed eight games this season because of injuries and one because of a suspension, had missed the last two games of the regular season with a hamstring injury.

Injury Report: DL John Franklin-Myers remains full participant in practice ahead of Divisional Round game vs. Bills

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — For the second consecutive day, all 53 players on the Broncos' active roster participated in practice.

Defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers (hip) remained a full participant in practice for the second consecutive day on Wednesday. Franklin-Myers did not play in the Broncos' regular-season finale against the Chargers.

Linebacker Dre Greenlaw (hamstring) also practiced for the second consecutive day, as he remained a limited participant in practice.

Tight end Lucas Krull (foot) and linebacker Drew Sanders (ankle) also remained limited participants.

Denver will announce its game statuses on Thursday for its Divisional Round matchup with the Buffalo Bills.

The Broncos will be in orange for their first home playoff game in a decade.

Broncos Make Critical Roster Decision Ahead of Facing Bills in Divisional Round

Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos wrapped another day of practice ahead of facing the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Divisional Playoffs, and there were several noteworthy developments for a roster that has been through plenty of adversity this season.

This week’s test features a matchup against last season’s AFC runners-up in the Bills, and the reigning MVP in quarterback Josh Allen.
