Men's Basketball Travels to Jack Jones Classic to Face UNLV
OPENING TIP: Tennessee State concludes its nonconference slate at the Jack Jones Classic in Henderson, Nevada against UNLV. TSU is coming off a loss to Alabama A&M on Dec. 3 and UNLV defeated Stanford last Sunday. This is the second neutral site event for TSU this season. The Tigers won the Coke Zero Sugar Classic at Chattanooga in November.

Josh Pastner gets NFR education — UNLV basketball hits road again
The Rebels, who play just four games in December in part beacause of the NFR, face Tennessee State in the Jack Jones Classic.
Josh Pastner didn’t fully grasp the enormity of the National Finals Rodeo when first being named coach of the UNLV men’s basketball team.
He couldn’t believe how long his team would be out of the Thomas & Mack Center.
In all, the Rebels will have played only four games during the month and have a 30-day span between them at home. They return to the Thomas & Mack on Dec. 20 when UNLV opens Mountain West play against Fresno State.
